Terms of service
These terms apply to every licensed dental professional and clinic using Dentally Labs AI to order dental restorations.
Last updated August 2026
1. Who may use the service
Dentally Labs AI is a business-to-business service for licensed dental professionals and registered dental clinics. By creating an account you confirm that you hold a valid licence to practise dentistry in your jurisdiction, or that you are authorised to act on behalf of a clinic that does.
We may ask for licence and clinic details to verify your account before the first case is released to production.
2. Scanner-only workflow
The service is designed for clinics with an intraoral scanner. Cases are accepted as digital scan files (STL, PLY or OBJ) together with the clinical information you provide. We do not accept physical impressions.
You are responsible for the clinical accuracy and completeness of the files and instructions you submit, including tooth numbering, shade selection and margin definition.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in AED per unit before you confirm a case. A case becomes a binding order once you confirm it and, where payment is required in advance, once payment has been received.
Promotional offers such as a complimentary first unit apply once per clinic and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated in writing.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
4. Manufacturing, turnaround and delivery
Stated turnaround times are estimates measured from the moment a case passes intake checks and, where applicable, payment. Delays caused by incomplete scans, missing information or courier disruption are not included.
Risk transfers to the clinic on delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect every shipment on receipt and report damage promptly.
5. Clinical responsibility
Dentally Labs AI manufactures restorations to your prescription. We do not diagnose, treat or advise patients, and nothing on the platform is clinical advice. Final decisions on fit, occlusion, cementation and treatment remain the responsibility of the treating dentist.
6. Remakes and warranty
Remakes and warranty conditions are set out in our Refunds and remakes policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful content, attempt to access other clinics' cases, interfere with the platform, or use the service to place orders on behalf of unlicensed parties. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any case is limited to the amount paid for that case, including any remake performed under warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including chair time or lost revenue.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction.
