Terms of Service

1. Who can use the service

Dentally Labs AI is a business-to-business service for licensed dental professionals and registered dental clinics. By creating an account, you confirm that you hold a valid license to practice dentistry in your jurisdiction, or that you are authorized to act on behalf of a clinic that does.

We may request license and clinic details to verify your account before the first case is put into production.

2. Scanner-only workflow

The service is designed for clinics equipped with an intraoral scanner. Cases are accepted as digital scan files (STL, PLY or OBJ) together with the clinical information you provide. We do not accept physical impressions.

You are responsible for the clinical accuracy and completeness of the files and instructions you submit, including tooth numbering, shade selection and margin definition.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED), per unit, before you confirm a case. A case becomes a firm order once you confirm it and, where payment is required in advance, once payment has been received.

Nothing is charged upfront when you send a case; the case price is invoiced after delivery. Promotional discounts apply only where stated in writing and cannot be combined unless stated.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your banking details.

4. Manufacturing, turnaround and delivery

Turnaround times shown are estimates measured from the moment a case passes intake checks and, where applicable, payment. Delays caused by incomplete scans, missing information or courier disruptions are not included.

Risk transfers to the clinic upon delivery to the address you provided. Please inspect each shipment on arrival and report any damage promptly.

5. Clinical responsibility

Dentally Labs AI manufactures restorations according to your prescription. We do not diagnose, treat or advise patients, and nothing on the platform constitutes clinical advice. Final decisions on fit, occlusion, cementation and treatment remain the responsibility of the treating dentist.

6. Remakes and warranty

Remake and warranty terms are set out in our Refunds and Remakes policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload unlawful content, not to attempt to access other clinics' cases, not to interfere with the platform, and not to use the service to place orders on behalf of unlicensed parties. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any case is limited to the amount paid for that case, including any remake carried out under warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including chair time or lost revenue.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to account holders. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
