Intake check
A technician checks margins, prosthetic space and the opposing arch before any design work. If something is missing, you'll know in minutes, not days.

CAD design and your approval
The design is uploaded to the case. Comment tooth by tooth or approve for milling — every version is kept with its history.

Manufacturing and quality control
Milling, layering and finishing, followed by documented quality control on fit, contact points, contour and shade.

Delivery and tracking
The unit ships to your clinic via tracked delivery, and the case timeline time-stamps every status change.

- Do you accept physical impressions?
- No. We work only with clinics equipped with an intraoral scanner — that's what makes turnaround times and precision predictable.
- Which scanners are compatible?
- Any scanner that exports open STL, PLY or OBJ files — Medit, 3Shape TRIOS, iTero, Primescan, among others.
- What do you manufacture?
- PFM crowns, monolithic zirconia and E.max. The catalogue is deliberately small to guarantee consistent quality.
- What does AED 0 upfront mean?
- You pay nothing when you send a case. The invoice is settled after the finished work reaches your clinic, so trying us costs you nothing upfront.
