How it works

Six steps between your scanner and a seated crown

No trays, no pickups, no phone tag. Everything happens on a file you already have.

  1. 1

    Scan the prep

Finish the preparation and export the case from your intraoral scanner as STL, PLY or OBJ — upper, lower and bite.

  2. 2

    Send it over

Attach the files on WhatsApp or inside a case. We read tooth numbers, material and shade from your message and confirm them back to you.

  3. 3

    Intake check

A technician reviews margins, clearance and the opposing scan before anything is designed. If something is missing you hear about it in minutes, not days.

  4. 4

    CAD design & your approval

The design is uploaded to the case. Comment per tooth or approve it — every version is kept with full history.

  5. 5

    Manufacture & quality control

Milling, layering and finishing, then a documented QC pass on fit, contacts, contour and shade.

  6. 6

    Delivery & tracking

The unit ships to your clinic with tracking, and the case timeline records every state change with a timestamp.

Common questions

Do you accept physical impressions?
No. We work only with scanner-equipped clinics, which is what keeps turnaround and accuracy predictable.
Which scanners do you support?
Any scanner that exports open STL, PLY or OBJ files — including Medit, 3Shape TRIOS, iTero and Primescan exports.
What do you make?
PFM, full zirconia and E.max crowns. The catalogue is deliberately narrow so quality stays consistent.
How does the free first crown work?
One complimentary unit per clinic on your first case, so you can assess our work on a real patient.
