We store your authentication session so you stay signed in between visits, and small preference values such as the last workspace you used. Without these the platform cannot function; they cannot be switched off from within the app.
Performance and diagnostics
We record anonymous technical events — page load errors, failed uploads, slow requests — to keep case submission reliable. These records are tied to your account only where needed to reproduce a fault you reported.
No advertising cookies
We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the platform, and we do not sell audience data.
Managing cookies
