We store your authentication session so you stay signed in between visits, along with small preference values such as the last workspace used. Without these, the platform cannot function; they cannot be turned off from within the app.
Performance and diagnostics
We log anonymous technical events — page load errors, upload failures, slow requests — to keep case submission reliable. These logs are only linked to your account if necessary to reproduce a fault you reported.
No advertising cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the platform, and we do not sell audience data.
